I'd love to see more from you! However, you're not good enough to make a Flash like that. It takes months, sometimes years to become that good. A few things to get you started:
Work on your backgrounds. In ultimate battle fight, there's a blue thing, but it looks kinda ugly. Get a white background with grey platforms on it.
Work on your physics. In ultimate battle fight, your sticks fall way too slow.
Improve your sticks themselves. Make them with lines, that's what most stick animators do.
